Ordwa ("we", "us") provides a WhatsApp-native business operating system for small businesses: order tracking, invoicing, quotes, expenses, customer records, and an optional customer-facing product catalogue. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
You must provide accurate business details when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. One account may cover multiple team members of the same business through the built-in team invite flow; every member acts on behalf of the business.
Paid plans (Hustle, Pro, Agency) are billed monthly or annually in South African rand. Usage limits on the Free plan are stated on the pricing page. We may change prices with at least 30 days notice; existing billing cycles are honoured. You can cancel at any time. Your data stays exportable through your dashboard.
You retain ownership of all business and customer data you enter. You confirm you have your customers' consent to store the contact details you add (for example when placing catalogue orders on their behalf). We process data as described in our Privacy Policy and in line with POPIA. Pilot and test data can be reset on request without touching your product catalogue.
You agree not to use Ordwa for unlawful goods or services, to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, to misrepresent your business, or to attempt to breach the security of the platform. Catalogue storefronts must show accurate prices and availability.
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. To the maximum extent permitted by South African law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you hold under the Consumer Protection Act.
Either side may terminate with reasonable notice. On termination or plan downgrade we keep your data available for export for 90 days, after which it may be deleted.
We may update these terms and will notify account holders of material changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance. Questions: support via the contact details on ordwa.co.za.
